  4. Preparation of IQV Work Instructions;

  5. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor;

  Job Requirements：

  1. College degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience as a quality engineer in a stamping plant;

  2. Familiar with the metal stamping process and able to read drawings;

  3. Familiar with the use of common measuring tools and proficient in computer office software;

  4. Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO14001, the five major IATF16949 manuals;

  5. Understand hardware quality knowledge and the use of 8D and PDCA tools, and be familiar with the principles of Poka-yoke (mistake-proofing).

• Mold Development Manager

  Mold Development Manager

  Job Responsibilities：

  1. Carry out the mold and fixture development plan issued by the company and be responsible for quality and delivery;

  2. Lead the formulation of department plans, departmental management systems, and departmental standards and processes;

  3. Confirmation or approval of the preliminary design assessment and design review form;

  4. Review the training needs of personnel in each department, as well as the approval of departments' handling of anomalies and improvement plans;

  5. Responsible for hierarchical audits in the mold department, as well as the maintenance of '5S', ISO14001, and IATF16949 systems;

  6. Be accountable to your superior.

  Job Requirements：

  1. Mechanical design major, associate degree or higher, over 10 years of work experience;

  2. Proficient in using CAD and PROE drawing software, familiar with CAE analysis;

  3. Familiar with quoting, manufacturing, and stamping process flow of molds and fixtures, and familiar with the characteristics of mold steel materials;

  4. Familiar with ergonomics, knowledgeable about IATF16949 and ISO14001, familiar with the five major IATF16949 manuals, TPM, understands hardware quality knowledge, and skilled in using 8D and PDCA tools;

  5. Familiar with Poka-yoke (error-proofing) principles;

  6. Possesses good communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to build teams.
